Cookies Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

This page explains how cookies and similar storage work on the Tommy Hilfiger studio site. It belongs with the Privacy Policy. Read that page for what we do with a project brief. This page is only about what the browser may store when you open these pages.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a site can ask your browser to keep. The next time you open a page, the browser may send that file back. Sites also use related tools — local storage, session storage, pixels — for the same kind of job: remember a setting, measure a visit, or follow you across sites.

Cookies are not the brief you type into the contact form. A brief is information you send to the studio. A cookie is something the browser holds on your machine.

What this site does not do

This is a static studio site: Home, Studio, Services, Contact, a short set of process notes, and these legal pages. We do not use it as a shop, an account system, or an advertising channel.

We do not set:

  • advertising cookies;
  • third-party tracking pixels;
  • social plugins that watch you across the web;
  • analytics packages that build a visitor profile;
  • cookies that remember a cart, a login or a “seen this product” list.

There is no cookie banner on this site because we are not asking the browser to store a marketing preference. If that changes, we will say so here first.

What may still be stored

Your browser and the host that serves the files may keep ordinary technical data so a page can load: the address of the page, the type of browser, and basic network information. That is how the web works. It is not a studio mailing list.

The contact form runs in your browser. If you fill it in and leave without sending, the browser may keep what you typed until you close the tab. We do not write that draft into a cookie. Sending the brief is a choice you make with the button on the page.

Some browsers also store a small amount of data so a video or an image does not download twice. That is a cache, not a cookie we set to recognize you.

Fonts and other third-party requests

The type on this site comes from Google Fonts. When a page loads, the browser requests those files from Google. That request can tell Google that someone opened this site, together with ordinary technical data. We do not send Google your name, email or project notes.

Google’s own policies apply to that request. If you block third-party requests, the pages still work; the type may fall back to a system font.

We do not embed YouTube, maps, chat widgets or advertising networks on these pages.

Pages that use media

The homepage and the studio page use video files we host with the site. Those files are not third-party players and they do not set advertising cookies.

If your browser blocks autoplay or images, the rest of the page still reads. Nothing in the brief depends on those files.

Your control

You can block or delete cookies, and you can clear cached files, in your browser settings. You can also set the browser to refuse third-party cookies or to send a “do not track” signal. We do not override those settings.

Doing that will not stop you from reading Home, Studio, Services, or the notes, and it will not stop you from sending a project brief. It may change how type or a video looks on your machine.

How to find the setting depends on the browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and others each keep it in a different menu. Use the help page for the browser you actually use. We will not walk you through bypassing a device lock or someone else’s settings.

If we add a cookie later

If we later need a cookie — for example to remember that you closed a notice, or to keep a form from being sent twice — we will describe it on this page: what it is called, what it does, and how long it lasts. We will not add advertising cookies without saying so here.

A change like that will also update the date at the top of this page.

How this sits with a project

Cookies are not how we run development. Once we take a brief, the work lives in the path from idea to delivery: design, technical work, materials, pattern, sampling, production, QC. That correspondence is covered by the Privacy Policy. The commercial terms are on the Terms of Business.

Changes

If the site starts using a new host, a new font service, or any cookie of our own, we will rewrite the relevant section. The text on this page is the current one.

Contact

Questions about cookies or this page can go through Start a Project. Say you are writing about the Cookies Policy so we do not treat the message as a new production brief unless you also want us to look at a product.
