From idea to a tech pack

Idea → Design → Technical

A sketch or a mood board is not a product. A factory cannot cut from a feeling.

A tech pack is the first document that makes the garment producible. It holds the drawing, the measurements, the construction, the bill of materials, and the details that would otherwise live only in someone’s head.

We start from whatever you have — a sketch, a reference, a sample, a sentence. Then we lock the design decisions: silhouette, length, openings, pockets, labels. Each of those becomes a line on the pack, not a conversation later on the floor.

The pack is not decoration. It is the brief the cutter, the sewer and the QC table work from. If it is thin, the sample will guess. If it is clear, the first sample is already closer to the product you intend to sell.

When the pack is ready, we move to pattern and sampling. That is where the paper becomes a garment.
