Matching the facility to the product

Materials → Sampling → Production

A jersey dress, a tailored jacket and a swimsuit do not belong on the same line.

We do not run one factory for every brief. We match the product to a specialist process: knit, woven, swim, children’s, performance. The facility is chosen for the construction, the materials and the QC the garment actually needs.

Capacity numbers are not the brief. The brief is: can this place make this product to the standard in the tech pack, at the quantity you need, on a calendar that holds.

If the product changes — a new fabric, a more complex finish — the match can change with it. That is the point of development sitting in front of production. You are not buying a slot on a generic line. You are placing a specific garment with the people who know how to make it.

Once the match is set, we stay with the product through cut, make, QC and delivery. The facility is a tool in that path, not the story of the studio.
